What kind of life do you want to live?

Step into your next chapter

Real estate is more than buying and selling homes. It’s an opportunity to design your life.

I help people navigate these big decisions with curiosity, careful research, and local knowledge.

A woman with curly hair, wearing a white hat and white shirt, is sitting outdoors in a field of dry grass. She is smiling and holding a notebook and pen, with sunlight in the background.

Come home to yourself, your place, and our planet

A woman with curly brown hair wearing a beige wide-brimmed hat, white dress with ruffled details, and brown lace-up boots, smiling while sitting outdoors on a wood chair, holding keys in her right hand, with a background of green trees and a dirt path.

Land with Julia

Julia helps clients buy and sell homes, farms, and land throughout Southern Oregon with a thoughtful, strategic approach grounded in research, creativity, and deep local knowledge.

Before real estate, she spent more than a decade in innovation and brand strategy, helping organizations navigate complex decisions. Today, she brings that same clarity, curiosity, and attention to detail to every client and transaction. With an MFA in Design, she also brings a strong eye for design, architecture, and the unique potential of every property.

Julia is the author of The Healing Magic of Forest Bathing and founder of The Forest Bathing Club. Her work has always been focused on helping people connect more deeply with place—a perspective that naturally shapes how she approaches real estate. Whether helping a first-time buyer, a growing family, or someone searching for land, her goal is to help people find a place that truly feels like home.
